• St-Germain soup (green peas) sold by the portion
• Homemade creton 200g
• 8-inch meat pie (tourtière)
• Mashed potatoes au gratin, all dressed (bacon, cheese, green onions) as a family dish
• Meatball stew, 24 meatballs in sauce without accompaniment

• Gumbo breads (2 or 8 units)
• Puff pastry with philly steak and vegetables
• Chicken in a creamy herb sauce, seasoned rice and vegetables
• Ham and cheese pancakes, hollandaise sauce
• Stew of meatballs and mashed potatoes all dressed
